BRIEF OVERVIEW ON THE PROCESS
Initially, some time will be spent fact-finding your business, so we have a detailed overview. The more information you’ve prepared that’s close to hand would reduce this initial admin phase. Also, we like to understand what your expectations are and what you’re trying to achieve by engaging with us. Then during the afternoon, we can begin talking about making positive decisions to evolve your business into something better, and more valuable in time. Again, it all depends on what you’re hoping to achieve.
STRATEGY AND OPERATION
Stuart Allcock comes from a business-orientated family, it’s in his DNA. Having bought and sold many businesses since 1988, he has a unique insight and experience in preparing for a sale and having a planned exit strategy. Before leaving his previous career (Financial Advice industry) he’d acquired an Advance Financial Planning Certificate in Taxation, Trusts, Personal and Investment Portfolio Management.
Also, he’s been a sports coach since 2004, holding a level 3 International Korfball Federation coaching certificate.
